Hanoi’s friendship ambassador participates in Korean Seafood Festival

During the Korean Seafood Festival event at Seafood World Restaurant 99 Me Tri, Mr. Saleem Hammad participated in a series of interesting activities, including Chef Show, Food Tasting and K dancing. In the Chef Show, he was presented with a special dish from chef Pham Ba Ha, who is the Chef of Seafood World System and also the President of the Hanoi Chefs Association (HCA). That dish is Smooth Sailing Sashimi, made from Jeju yellow flounder, Korea.

This is a unique cultural dish at Seafood World, it is shaped like a boat sailing through the waves out to sea, with the delicate head, fins and spine transformed into a mast. The boat’s hull contains slices of sashimi fish meat, and the top of the boat is adorned with salmon eggs that sparkle like precious gems, bringing fortune, prosperity and wealth to the diners.

Besides the Chef Show, the ambassador also enjoyed 4 dishes made from Korean seafood ingredients, including yellow flounder and abalone, including: Oliver flounder salad, smooth sailing yellow flounder sashimi, and shaved soup. fish fin, abalone steamed with garlic.

When enjoying yellow flounder sashimi, he was surprised by the freshness and beautiful presentation of the dish: “The sashimi is delicious and fresh, the fish meat is very sweet, not fishy.
